Common Responsibilities:

  • Building relations with the Sales Force and teaching them how to identify and close Professional Services opportunities
  • Manage ongoing clients
  • Building you own pipeline and selling into it
  • Weekly conference calls, face to face meetings, workshops, developing sales and strategy collateral, scripting questions to ask and general mentoring
  • Working with Vendors
  • Working with service colleagues to dovetail the Professional Services team into our managed service practice (accounts currently not using Professional Services)
  • Visiting customers and assisting in the sales process including following up on vendor leads
  • Responding to bids including architecting solutions
  • Hiring, Developing and Retaining appropriate pre sales and delivery engineering resources
  • Appropriate training for your team
  • Responding to action items and phone calls in a prompt and thorough manner
  • Generating excitement and enthusiasm about your organization
